Had a question about Figurise/Gundam Planet store.
I pre-ordered a couple figures from them last year, i normally order from Amiami,
but i missed the preorder for them and really wanted them. Im just worried
since i know for sure one of them has already been released from native-store and
people have gotten them. But Figurise shows them as manufacturer delay ext (not sure if the way US based stores get products is hugely different from Japanese based stores). Im paranoid that its taking longer because there getting bootlegs or something. Im used to delays with amiami, so waiting is not a problem, i just want to make sure im getting legit figures when they eventually come, or if i should just ask for a refund.

Thanks for the answer. Yeah, I've been checking from a few places for news every few months, but I never saw anyone being able to get past the international page like all of us. Zen's message is quite old I think; they've had it for some time.
VPN is not a problem but honestly I'd rather not share my information and pay for something just to access a shopping site :/ Unfortunately I haven't been successful in finding a free one that lets you connect to Japan.

flyingteapot1 month ago#120984333I guess this will probably never get seen but... Is there anybody at all that can access Tamashii Web Shop store from outside Japan this past year or so? Is a VPN for Japan the only solution? If so are there any free suggestions?
(How can such a big company not even bother with fixing a flaw like this in their system for so long smh...)
I only see the international page of Bandai. People in other places in the web has problems with reaching the page too. robotjapan.prob...

Zenmarket put an elusive message on the end of "How to purchase from Bandai" guide:

ZenmarketQ: Why can I only connect to P-Bandai international store?

A: Premium Bandai have put in efforts to market their overseas service and prevent access to the Japanese store website for users outside of Japan as a result.

If only there were a way to view sites privately without companies knowing your location. We can only dream for now.
I guess VPN is the only way to access the site. Can't help with that, but I heard some of them offer trial periods.

As long as you have an open, active account, then your order history will be accessible in Your Account > Your Orders page. Committed and processed orders will not be removed.

Depending on how long your account has been open, active, you should have a drop down menu to view your order history (e.g. Past 30 Days, Past 3 Months, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, ..., Archived Orders)
Your historical orders will be listed in the pertinent group from when it was placed by date range.
Archived orders are orders that have been archived, by yourself, and removed from your active order history. (e.g. if you have reconciled the order, confirmed receipt of the pre-ordered figure or item 9-months after purchase, etc., and no longer wish to see to see it in your active order history)
Archived orders would appear in the 'Archived Orders' section instead of your active history, say all orders from '2022', for example.
If you wish to keep all your orders listed by date range on the drop down then keep them active / un-archived. If you like to file or manage your open/pre-orders vs closed/received orders, then archiving is a potential way to help do that.
Active and archived orders are still searchable in your account either way.
Whatever works best for you.... Hope that helps a little more, if still reading this far.
    Cheers.
    Thank you for the info.
That's exactly what I wanted to know (they stay as long as the account is open/active...) ;)

    Lucrithian3 months ago#117685554I don't know Amazon.jp well enough yet.
I will be grateful for an answer to this question: Do archived purchases remain in the user's account or do they need to be archived so that they are not deleted from the orders section?
