This is a club for the franchise Uta no Prince Sama! Its title is commonly shortened to UtaPri.
Originally a Visual Novel by Broccoli, the series became very popular and has expanded into a manga and TV anime series.
The anime, Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love 1000%, is 13 episodes long and is currently having a second season under production.
What is UtaPri's story?
UtaPri is essentially about a musically talented girl named Haruka Nanami who attends a prestigious performing arts school called Saotome Academy. While there she befriends six young men: Tokiya Ichinose, Otoya Ittoki, Masato Hijirikawa, Ren Jinguuji , Syo Kurusu, and Natsuki Shinomiya. Each of these young men share a talent in music. The story focuses on the misadventures Haruka has with these boys.
In the Visual Novel games, Haruka has the option to make one of these six young men fall in love with her, despite the fact that romance is prohibited at the academy.

Suru has frequent time sales and also offers cumulative 'matome' discount if you buy multiple items within the same category, which is really good for large group orders (and bad for the wallet)! The parka itself weighs 500 g and its share of EMS shipping was only about 1100 Yen to New Zealand due to the size of the order.
I bought one off Surugaya recently because I had a cumulative discount of 20% off so it was a good bargain. Coincidentally, I'm wearing it right now at work. xD

I see the announcements on the Broccoli Official Store twitter, which is the only reason why I know about the re-releases since they don't actively advertise it.
The 6th time!? Wow, I've been waiting for a re-release and turns out it's happened multiple times -_-.
I think they've reopened orders for the 6th time in Nov/Dec? It's likely that they'll do it again sometime this year. Most parka are readily available second-hand on Surugaya where I got mine. Even though they're second hand, they're usually brand new and unworn.
Edit: I know you can see the measurements on the official webpage but I don't always trust those
I'm wearing an M size Tokiya parka right now, hahaha. I would say the measurements provided are pretty accurate.
The material allows for slight stretch but not too much. It's a really good light jacket for spring/autumn time.
