How can I add something to my wishlist?

I want to sell a figure (Albedo Shibuya Scramble) but the pegs for the base plate decorations are so snug I cannot remove them at all. They do not even wiggle and considering the price of the figure I really dont want to damage it.
I've tried soaking it in soapy water and using a hair dryer but neither loosened the pegs. What should I try?

Okay so this Honma Meiko figure (ITEM #91365) had 2 releases. There doesn't seem to be any discernable difference between the two release versions apart from the box. However, I've seen a lot of places sell one version for more than the other. Is there a reason for this price discrepancy?

Are we allowed to add in Fanclub books now? Things such as アゲくのはて or アリスの部屋. They are doujin like newsletters that were given to members of fanclubs (Âge and AliceSoft respectively in these examples).
Are games without JAN codes allowed now as well? They are similarly only sold to fanclub members/were mail in order only, but are still sold.
