So I've decided to sell Albedo Only.

got my replacement. definitely was a repaired statue but the glue on the repairs broke. this one was a little worse than the other one. there were more breaks on other pieces. the cape looks repaired incorrectly so the head is resting too low. the hood doesnt go anywhere near the head so theres this huge stupid gap above his head. so far it has been the worst statue assembly period for this figure. will most likely return
Atleast you got a replacement I'm still waiting for mine and it been 3 months. People said specfiction customer service is good I really doesn't see it. I email them after 3 months they said of the will sent out the replacement tomorrow. I asked for the tracking number and they ghosted me.

Ok here is my return process Ainz & Albedo arrived 7/22 to my Private mail box. Took them home and inspected both Ainz & Albedo. Ainz was the only one damaged so I emailed specfictionshop immediately 7/22. Mid day Monday 7/25 had no reply so I called in to the number on there website spoke with someone regarding the damage and 20 mins later received email response. They had asked for the following info
1) Picture of the flawed or damaged area ( Wide Shot & Close Up )
2) Picture of the entire statue assembled ( if the statue is too badly damaged you can skip this part step )
3) Picture of the bottom of the base OR picture of the brown shipper showing edition number.
4) Please include your Name & Order #
5) If the item was damaged, please include pictures of the shipping box inside and out.
Replied with the info and I asked if it was possible for me to personally pick up item since I decided to come to LA county to visit family. They replied yes and told me where to pick it up. All this was on Monday 7/25. They only replaced the Damaged Ainz and are sending me a return Label for the original. 7/26 I called warehouse where I was to pick him up and they said it was ready. Dove by and pick him up arrived home inspected it and it was all good.

One Arm of ainz arrived snap off 7/22 I emailed spec fiction same day. 7/25 I decided to call them to report damage and they quickly replied to my email. They asked for multiple pictures and statue assembled as best as possible. I requested to personally pick up replacement since I have family in LA county and had some time off work.
7/26 picked up my replacement and is in one piece. Overall Spec fiction gave me great customer service.

are you able to show the undamaged piece? also what was the process of getting the replacement. did you return your old one? want to know how it went down since they said my replacement will take months. Thank you!

they told me they should be able to replace it but theyre waiting for more info to return from... whomever they reached out to haha. I'm just waiting on my end for results. im keeping everything archived though for future reference in case i need to forward to acme studios myself but i though specfictionshop mentioned that they had shipping insurance/coverage for this on their page.
if its an item replacement they mentioned it may take months for the replacement to arrive.

Did they give you a reply yet? Mine came in today both Ainz arms are broken but the cape/cloak in the back are still intact. Also got it from specfictionshop toothey told me they should be able to replace it but theyre waiting for more info to return from... whomever they reached out to haha.
