I’m in Aus as well and am still waiting for her to ship out. I emailed GSC a while ago to see what was going on and they said that they’ve got a large backlog of orders to send due to EMS being unavailable for so long. I do hope we’ll get ours soon though…

I'm in Australia and she's been stuck in preparing shipment for a month and a half

Shirocat9 days ago#113591677has anything changed in your order since that time?
Nope. I contacted them that day, they responded immediately saying there are limited flights to my country (a lie, they use EMS and it's completely suspended to my country from Japan, not limited :D), they gave me options to wait or to cancel. I choose to wait.

RainbowPuppeteer23 days ago#113091790I had that happen with a different nendoroid this year, luckily someone else who also had that experience was able to explain what's going on. Apparently when GSC US gets stock for an extremely popular nendoroid in, they print out and assign shipping labels for all of the preorders first, and only start dropping packages off at the post office once all of the orders are accounted for. So what's happening here is while you guys got your shipping labels, your figures aren't actually ready to ship out yet - GSC is most likely still taking inventory and wrangling the stock, because Genshin's sheer popularity means that its nendoroids sell like hotcakes. They should probably have a handle on the sheer volume of Lumines that people ordered by next week, at which point they'll actually start sending packages out. If you don't see any updates by the end of next week you should contact customer support, but basically this is normal for GSC US.
If you guys didn't already have your tracking numbers I'd say it's the other delays issue I've had with GSC US, where the figure doesn't ship on time because the ship carrying the stock is stuck waiting for customs to let it through. This one tends to affect all US-based storefronts that carry the figure, if other US shops are getting their figures delayed it's probably because of customs holding them up. Given that the tracking numbers got printed though, the figures have probably long gotten through customs, and it's the situation I described above where GSC has to take inventory before it's post office time. Hopefully both of you will get your figures!

has anything changed in your order since that time?

I have contacted them twice and still it's in 'processing'. Their contact support is scam, because they never reply. Now i regret ordering from them... thanks for info anyway!
