I got mine through TOM (Shipping from Japan warehouse) and they are saying they haven't received stock yet. Maybe end of week or next week.

Can confirm, she's been released on AmiAmi. Just paid for my pre-order today. So excited to see her come in, she looks downright gorgeous in the pictures!
Seems like Amiami were first to receive stock. Everybody else still saying preorder. Only Amiami listed as released that I see.
