Just again updating everyone, 2 months on with the skirt an not a single slight of paint transfer on mine this time I'll wait a few more months before I do an update again lol hope this can be helpful to anyone worrying about the fabric staining your scale

Probably isn't actually sold out, just de-listed since AmiAmi is moving warehouses and aren't taking orders for instock/pre-owned items right now.
I thought it would take a year for it to be sold out with inflation and shipping cost.
It’s also good that the price did not tank (on a collector’s perspective) seeing how other figures tank after not being sold out on release.
It likely didn't tank due to the numbers made being very small, even with not all of them being sold out on release on having lets say (im guessing max) 50-100 extra stock that isnt a lot. Basically consider this figure similar to a native one, aka its pretty rare for a native figure to ever bin in the aftermarket since its limited production.
