Trying to put her feet on the base is exactly what Cinderella's sisters must have felt when trying on the glass slipper.
"It have to fit! But it won't fit!"
To me it feels like the holes aren't correctly drilled and you have to do it yourself when putting her on. Only when I was hearing sounds like "scritch scritch" then I could gain a few milimeters. At least resorting to the sisters extrem methods is not required, but you really have to give it your all.
Also her left foot (so on her right since she's crossing her legs) is clearly not positioned exactly as I saw on videos. So the whole thing seems approximately done.
Apart from that, sexy lady, awesome base... you probably tried to do it on wrong way, it fits perfectly if you read the manual, i tried to do it but then ive read the manual and i figured out i was putting the figures the wrong way on the base.
